1. What You Need to Provide

To submit a deletion request, please email us with:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your SnapNSale account

Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

3. What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is processed, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your listings and listing photos
• Your messages with other users
• Your favorites and saved activity
• Your business account information (if applicable)

4. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained even after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and subscription records
• Tax-related records
• Fraud-prevention and security records
• Records related to disputes or legal claims

This data is retained only for as long as required by applicable law or regulation.

5. Processing Time
